Restaurant Manager – 3-day work week - 8 AM to 5 PM

We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a highly qualified and ambitious candidate to join our team as a Restaurant Manager at our restaurant in Newton, MA. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for hosting, greeting customers helping the servers be more efficient during our busiest days and managing staff, and ensuring the overall success of the restaurant.

We are seeking a candidate with experience in the restaurant industry, strong leadership qualities, great customer service skils, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to lead by example and inspire our team to provide exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage front of house operations of the restaurant
• Ensure proper staffing levels and manage employee training and development
• Oversee meal preparation and ensure high-quality dishes are served to guests
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Benefits:

• $28 an hour - paid overtime when needed.
• No late nights - we need someone to work from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or service supervisor in the restaurant industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
