Position Title: Restaurant Manager

Job Description: As the Restaurant Manager, you will set the standard for service excellence, overseeing all aspects of the guest experience from start to finish. Through positive coaching and guidance, you'll empower our staff to deliver exceptional service in all areas of the restaurant. Skillfully selecting, scheduling, training, developing, mentoring, and managing team members will be an integral part of your role. You will be responsible for performing managerial duties for more than 50% of your time and must possess the ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in resolving conflicts within the restaurant.

Qualifications:

· The ideal Restaurant Manager candidate should possess at least 2+ years of high-volume restaurant management experience.

· Proven track record of achieving financial results.

· High degree of honesty, integrity, and a guest-oriented philosophy.

· Availability to complete a 6-week paid training out of state.
